Four hole cards, every decision is all-in or fold (after a shove: call or fold).

Seats are listed in the order they act. Mark the seats that have already folded or gone all-in (with how wide you think that player shoves: 40 = his best 40% of hands); every seat left as "to act" is solved β€” the first one is usually you. Once someone is all-in, everyone behind can only call or fold, so the answer is exact for any stack depth: side pots, hi/lo split, and a bounty whenever you cover a player and he loses his whole stack. Bounties are entered the way the lobby shows them (dollars, or a % of the buy-in) and converted to chips for you. Chips count at face value plus bounties (no ICM yet), which fits the early and middle stages; near the money, call tighter than this says.
