Double board and ranges: each board wins half the pot, and each board on its own is just a random board,
so your expected share of the pot is exactly your single-board equity. In chip EV the correct all-in/fold ranges are
therefore the same as single-board All-in or Fold; the second board only reduces variance. The solver deals both
boards for real, so you can check this: switch Boards between 1 and 2 on the same setup.
